These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STACKED website, currently hosted on the Shopify platform (the "Site"), and any products purchased through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

STACKED ("we," "us," "our") is an apparel and supplement brand. Our Site is operated through Shopify Inc.'s e-commerce platform. Shopify provides the technology that powers our storefront, checkout, and payment processing; it is not the seller of any product on this Site — STACKED is.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, pricing, and availability accurately. However:

Colors, sizing, and product appearance may vary slightly from what's shown on screen, due to display settings and manufacturing variation.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion, including after an order has been placed, if a listing error is identified.

Prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment Processing

Payments on this Site are processed through Shopify Payments and/or other third-party payment processors integrated with our Shopify store. By providing payment information, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge the applicable amount for your order, including taxes and shipping. 5. Orders & Fulfillment
